All fine, but poor condition

The attached diner has this fantastic pancake special that hit the spot after a long hike, and the staff there, they remember your name which feels genuine. One night they had a small fire pit outside and we got to enjoy starry skies while sipping our drinks, such a nice touch!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, though still acceptable considering the location and meals.

I was met with horrid customer service. The staff was rude and even yelled at me over a pet charge I had already paid. To top it off, one employee entered my room without knocking, completely violating my privacy. The hotel is in dire need of renovations. everything was falling apart. Stains and dirt were everywhere, making the stay feel unpleasant and unsanitary.

I truly appreciated the lovely mountain lodge vibe in the lobby, which made me feel right at home. The ample seating was a delightful touch for chatting or resting, and the access to nearby dining options was convenient.

Improved accessibility features for seniors would be beneficial.

The heating system can struggle at first, leaving rooms uncomfortably warm until the air conditioning kicks in. Several chairs appeared heavily stained, and the carpets showed notable discoloration, which raised a few eyebrows for cleanliness. A hole in the wall poorly patched added to the overall maintenance concerns in the room—definitely some wear-and-tear that's hard to overlook.

we loved our stay during a wedding celebration. the location was perfect, just steps away from the ski resort, making it ideal for outdoor activities. the room was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations from previous visits to snoqualmie pass.

I had a pleasant stay with a great location right by the slopes and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The room was basic yet clean, and I appreciated the quaint atmosphere. However, the hotel could really benefit from an update, as the furnishings and amenities are quite dated.

I loved the cozy ambiance of our spacious suite. The fireplace made our evenings so inviting! Being just a short walk from the ski slopes was fantastic. The staff treated us like family, especially the lovely cleaning lady who kept everything fresh!

Overall, my stay was decent. the beds were comfortable, the cleanliness was commendable, and I particularly liked the good breakfast next door at the pancake place and good pizza options nearby. I did notice the furnishings were outdated and a bit worn compared to what I saw in the photos, but I'd still consider returning if needed.
