Upgraded and fairly clean place, outstanding staff at night shift. Breakfast with the first fast food. Beautiful area, central location close enough to Snoqualmie summit as well as the Ski Hill.

The weather was warm, had COMFORTABLE stay in the holidays. Queen room with air conditioning was the best. We had a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge.

Couple seeking adventure and comfort
The attached diner has this fantastic pancake special that hit the spot after a long hike, and the staff there, they remember your name which feels genuine. One night they had a small fire pit outside , and we got to enjoy starry skies while sipping our drinks, such a nice touch!
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, though still acceptable considering the location and meals.

I was met with horrid customer service. The staff was rude and even yelled at me over a pet charge I had already paid. To top it off, one employee entered my room without knocking, completely violating my privacy. Everything was falling apart. Stains and dirt were everywhere.

When I am in Snoqualmie Pass, I like staying here. Recently refurbished and upgraded hotel that has accommodating staff at check-out. A queen room in my bedrooms has basic facilities you need. The location is central. Again, the venue is 1 mile from Lodge Lake Trailhead.

Hotel as a whole is recently renovated and upgraded, I greatly enjoyed it.
The staff are really friendly and super-friendly, everyone. The rooms are recently renovated and fairly quiet with view, and the location is marvellous on a ski hill.

I appreciated the lovely mountain lodge vibe in the lobby. The ample seating was a good touch for chatting or resting, and the access to nearby dining options was convenient.
Improved accessibility features for seniors would be beneficial.

The restaurant at this venue was great, the staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the savory dishes they offered in a centrally located spot near Slipstream Sculpture.

missingWrote a review on 11 Marmaintenance issues
The heating system can struggle at first, leaving rooms uncomfortably warm until the air conditioning kicks in. Several chairs appeared heavily stained, and the carpets showed notable discoloration, which raised a few eyebrows for cleanliness. A hole in the wall poorly patched added to the overall maintenance concerns in the room-definitely some wear-and-tear that's hard to overlook.
